    Land

    We buy farmland on the growing side of Latur, check the title back three generations, and only then put our name on it.

  2. 02

    Sanction

    The layout is drawn to Town Planning rules, with 9 metre roads and open space set aside, and filed for NA and sanction.

  3. 03

    Development

    Roads are cut and metalled, the compound wall goes up, plots are demarcated with stones you can stand on.

  4. 04

    Possession

    Registration in your name at the Latur sub registrar, 7/12 transferred, and the plot is yours to build on.
